Certificateless Based Chameleon Hash Scheme

Recently, in order to eliminate the use of certificates in certified public key cryptography and the key-escrow problem in identity based cryptography, the notion of certificate less public key cryptography was introduced. In this paper, the first certificate less-based chameleon hash scheme is proposed, which does't suffer from the key escrow problem. Moreover, the proposed chameleon hash scheme can achieve all the desired security notions in the random oracle model.
