An Evolutionary Analysis of Listed Companies' Disobeying the Regularities Behavior

To obey the regularities or to disobey are two different choices of our listed companies. According to the evolutional theory, the payoff parameters will influence the results of listed companies. With the analysis of the supervisors and companies players, ESS gives us many potential hints about the rational behavior choice of listed companies. This paper is concluded with some important directional policy suggestions.
