Radisson, Que. - When the hydroelectric plant was being bulk here in northern Canada and activity was at a peak, 8000 workers hustled from “camp” through -45°C winter air to 10-hour shifts on the project. Now, since the plant runs pretty much unmanned, a mere 250 locals sustain this village.
