Development of narrow-band filters in a range from 6 TO 10 GHz on LTCC ceramics manufactured by FSUE RPC “Istok”

The paper presents the results of researches concerning possibility of development of high-Q resonators and narrow-band filters based on in-house LTCC ceramics of Federal State Unitary Enterprise "Research and Production Corporation "Istok" in a solid version. Main parameters of in-house LTCC ceramics of FSUE "Istok" and analogous brands of ceramics of world's leading manufacturers are briefly reported.
