Towards optical and electrical optimization of an OLED heterostructure in a vertical microcavity

In the context of organic laser diode, we investigate experimentally and theoretically the electrical and optical optimization of OLEDs in a microcavity. We focus on two key parameters: the OLED heterostructure and the cathode thickness.
