Experimental study of a highly linear amplifier using negative impedance compensation technique

negative impedance compensation is introduced. The principle of the technique is demonstrated by using a transistor-level prototype circuit with the HFA3127 ultra high frequency transistor arrays. The simulated and measured results show that high linearity (8dB improved IMD
