Power engineering education committee T&D conference and exposition May 2011 K-12 outreach and educational initiatives within the power industry

This presentation will discuss the various outreach initiatives that both National Grid and PES are using to reach out to pre-college children and teenagers to make them aware of the opportunities in the power industry. The goal is introduce them to electricity as well as to some of the more interesting aspects of our industry.
