Through the goodness-of-fit parameters of judgement, we can determine parameters of actual waveform. Then we can get the photoelectric signal to meet the equation. The final can draw the subdivision error curve. The figures method can be used in the working field, avert the influence of the speed, and has important meaning to the improvement of high precision encoder's dynamic precision characteristics.
