Suppression of GPR range sidelobes based on NLFM signal

This document presents simulation results of ground penetrating radar. The GPR transmits non-linear frequency modulated pulses. NLFM signal applied to GPR enables to achieve better range resolution then traditional LFM pulse radar. In order to generate non-linear modulating function, Parseval's relation has been used. The aim of the experiment is to test ability of the SAR system with NLFM pulse signal to obtain fully focused image of underground targets.
