Optimising maintenance: How to join up property decision-making

This paper describes how a property estate can be more effectively managed by optimising the maintenance of its assets. This paper addresses the issue by demonstrating that an operating system capable of acting as a single repository for all property information is essential, since it inserts a layer we refer to as knowledge agent.
