E-Government Satisfaction: A Conceptual Model

Based on practical experience in our work, we argue that there are two kinds of satisfactions: satisfaction to IT product (product satisfaction) and satisfaction to IT service (service satisfaction). Then grounded in TAM model and TTF theory we develop a conceptual model of e-government satisfaction. Under this model, perceived fit, perceived usefulness and perceived security has a positive effect on product satisfaction and service satisfaction of e-government. Conclusions and Implications for theory and practice as well as limitations and further direction are discussed.
