Hardware-software complex "Dashpoint" for learning and communication of deafblind people

This paper describes the project “Dashpoint”. Dashpoint is a hardware and software system designed to make e-learning possible for the hearing and visually impaired. The system will also increase the communication capabilities for these specific types of disabled people.
