Research of estimating rotor position of IPMSM based on high frequency signal injection considering the inverter nonlinear

The estimate of the rotor position of inner permanent magnet synchronous motor (IPMSM) by using the method of high-frequency signal injection is discussed in this paper. The simulation of the model with MATLAB is carried out. The impact of the non-linear of the inverter, especially the dead zone time is analyzed. The some compensate measure is given. The result of the simulation shows the correctness and feasibility of this method.
