Strategies to upgrade manufacturing industries in Taizhou from the perspective of low carbon economy

This paper analyzes Strategies to upgrade manufacturing industries in Taizhou from the perspective of low carbon economy. It is proposed to upgrade Taizhou's manufacturing industry under the guidance of the scientific planning, to adjust and optimize the industrial structure, to promote the construction of new style urbanization, and to carry out the five key projects to implement and to practise low carbon economy in Taizhou with the support of preferential policies.
