Time-domain simulation of electromagnetic scattering in axially-symmetrical open resonators

This paper describes a solution to the so-called open problems for electromagnetic field distribution in axially symmetrical open resonant structures. It uses the Exact Absorbing Conditions that allow efficient truncation the computational domain. The suggested approach is being implemented in software.
