Change of overoxidation environment and cytokine of high power microwave radiation rats

Purpose of this article is to investigate high power microwave radiation damage to rats. After 200mW/cm
²
microwave radiation, NO and GSH-pox of serum in fourteen days group has obvious difference to one day group, seven days group and control group (P<;0.05); SOD in one day group has significant difference to control group (P<;0.05); NOS in seven days group significantly exceeds one day group, fourteen days group and control group (P<;0.05). cAMP, β-EP and HSP70 in fourteen days group and seven days group significantly exceed control group (P<;0.05); ACTH in fourteen days group and seven days group has significant difference to control group and one day group (P<;0.05). Microwave radiation damage may change organism overoxidation environment, restoration by changing cytokine and protein of signal transduction pathway.
