Culture has a substantial and definite influence on organizations, organizational behavior, and the management of organizations. Taking the cultural differences into consideration is critical for a successful Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) implementation. The literature indicates that the cultural differences cause difficulties in the implementation of Western ERP software programs in developing countries.
