Decision-making of planning quantities based on discrete random qualified rate and rework success rate

In Make-to-Order and Manual Operation System(MTO/MOS), product quality closely relats to worker skills, work attitude, work status, incentive and punishment mechanisms. While facing to disturbances of emergency orders insertion, equipment failure, loss of workers, the quality of the product are neglectly affected and the qualified rate changes Severely. In order to meet orders demands and control costs, it should rework about the nonconforming products. Due to the random disturbances of production systems, the successful rate about rework changes in scope. Considering the distribution of discrete random about the qualified rate and rework successful rate, how to make decisions of optimal planning production quantities. The results show that, in order to make the costs as smally as possible, it should enhance the control of relevant cost, minimize the random disturbances about the process of original production and rework and increase the ligibility rate and rework successful rate.
