Fabrication of microstructures containing Au nanoparticles for optical and photonic applications

Methods for doping microstructures have been recently developed due to the necessity of fabricating devices with specific features. In this work, we developed a method for fabricating microstructures, by two-photon absorption polymerization, containing gold nanoparticles.
