Empirical analysis on knowledge workers' satisfaction in Chinese hi-tech enterprises

Knowledge workers are the major component of the high-tech enterprises' core competitivity. This essay, taking knowledge workers in seven high-tech enterprises in mainland china as research subjects, designs the questionnaire, undertakes the on-site assessment of employees' satisfaction rate by using the summation score method, analyzes the key factors influencing satisfaction rate, and thus put forward the suggestions on improving satisfaction rate of knowledge workers.
