ATM bandwidth management with survivability constraints

An ATM bandwidth management algorithm coupled with survivability constraints is proposed in this paper. The algorithm is an integer optimization problem and is solved using Lagrangian relaxation with sub-gradient optimization. Results obtained from a sample network are shown.
