Contribution on notch antenna loaded by magneto-dielectric material

This paper presents some investigations of the notch antenna loading with new magneto-dielectric material. Through energy densities observation and different loading topologies, theses studies contribute to a better understanding of the notch antenna topology. Significant miniaturisation of the notch geometry (23%) is possible using a small piece of magneto-dielectric material. The radiation efficiency is slightly reduced (roughly 10%) in spite of antenna miniaturization and material losses (which are low).
