Research on Resource Conservation-oriented Reconfiguration of the Regional Innovation System

In this paper, we proposed resource conservation-oriented reconfiguration of the regional innovation system, analyzed it form integration of resources, value-oriented and ecological considerations, made a model of resource conservation-oriented reconfiguration of regional innovation system. The concept of resource conservation should be integrated in regional innovation culture, innovation leading, innovation policy, innovation strategy and all aspects of innovation service platform'construction. This paper argrees that start from the following aspects is suitable: formating of regional innovation cultural based on resource conservation, guiding the flow of regional innovation resource, embedding ecological criteria in regional innovation policy, encouraging cooperative innovation alliance, etc. The research on promotion of resource conservation-oriented regional innovation system' reconstruction, has important reference value for the formation of sustainable regional eco-innovation system.
