The role of logistics capabilities in promoting air cargo flows

Using data from 18 Asia Pacific states, this research explores the key antecedents of air cargo flow of Asia Pacific at state level. The result indicates that logistics capabilities of a country, measured by Logistics Performance Index (LPI), is the most significant influencing factor, shadowing other three factors including GDP per capita, air freight cost and the connectivity.
