New kind model for university human resource development: The research on formation and construction of academic innovation team

Talent resource is the first resources of university human resources. Academic innovation team construction, as a new kind of human resource development mode, adapt to the requirements of knowledge innovation and development of talent resource. This paper put forward a layered model for formation academic innovation team, the model was used to analyze the existing construction practice of academic innovation team from China. Three principles on academic innovation team construction proposed to universities.
