The Impact of Competitors on Service Innovation

In the modern service, companies need to continuously innovate in services and thus enhance their competitive advantage. The process of innovation in service firms will be affected by many factors, competitors also an important source of innovation. In this paper, the author started with the drive of service innovation, focusing on the impact of competitors on service innovation, and consider that the competition, imitation, learning and collaboration between competitors will have a positive role in promoting service innovation.
