Overall Evaluation of Risk Investment Based on Unascertained Theory

Analyzing the factors of system risk and non-system risk, the paper establishes comprehensive index system of venture capital. Using Unascertained theory, risk assessment suited venture capital is presented and a new risk-control model based on risk assessment is built. Finally, feasibility of this evaluation method is proved by a practical example.
