performance analysis are obtained by using new Lyapunov-Krasovskii functionals and by applying Park's inequality for bounding cross terms. Based on these conditions the dynamic output-feedback H

controller are designed. All the conditions are delay-dependent and given in terms of linear matrix inequalities (LMIs). The numerical example is included to illustrate the proposed method.
