Contracts evaluation of software and services acquisition in outsourcing

Contract plays an important role while outsourcing relationship exists. If an organization decides to acquire software and services products, the contract is a fundamental mechanism to ensure that expectations are realized. This paper describes a contract evaluation method for Software and Services Acquisition Organizations, which allows minimizing the causes of failure in the relationship between acquirer and supplier.
