A new method of alternating current harmonic compensation in parallel systems of hybrid filters

This paper describes the possibility of utilizing the active filtration channel with elements modelling appropriately the transmittance to compensate current perturbances in the supply line, generated by nonlinear three-phase loads or by the deformed supply voltage. The perturbance compensation carried out in the lateral branch of the "gamma" type low-pass filter is based on compensation properties in the so-called open system, with its main property which is the invariance towards the frequency and simultaneously with a high value of the filter attenuation coefficient which is characteristic for resonance filters. An example of realization and the simulation result in the time range are given.
