Microstrip heatsink antenna for integrated RF transmitters

We present in this paper two topologies based on microstrip heatsink antenna with higher thermal performance. No major influences on the electromagnetic performances of the antenna (gain, radiation pattern and return loss) are consequently observed by the presence of different heatsinks.
