A Framework for Digital Law Enforcement in Maldives

This paper explores and discusses the Maldivian draft cyber law, thereby suggesting improvements to give room for a new cyber law that enables efficient and effective digital forensics. Then the paper suggests a digital forensics framework to enforce optimized cyber law.
