The Construction and Promotion of a Vocational Training Platform of E-Commerce

This article analyzed the present demands on e-commerce talent in our country, and the present situation of talent training. This paper summarizes the significance of the establishment, function and realized methods of the platform, and it points that this platform will integrate the needs of the talent and the needs of students' vocational training, which will achieve the win-win purpose. Finally, this paper expounds the promotion strategy of the platform.
