The modeling of the limitation factors influence onto the optical transport systems

The main optical transport systems modeling approaches were evaluated and discussed in this paper. An influence of the limitation factors, such as maximal-transmission rate, regeneration distance, and link capacity of optical fibre was modeled by means of the spectral multiplexing of optical channels technology.
