Software Components Description Based on Ontology

The description and inquiry of software component become the hotspot and nodus of software reuse research. According to 3C model, this paper provides an exact, expandable, easy-operating model of describing components based on ontology, and a search method. Proved by experiments, the method increase the component's recall ratio and precision ratio.
