Welsh Waters Asset Management Framework represents an approach that provides a “line of sight” from the strategic direction set within the business to the direct management of the asset base. How Welsh Water's assets are operated, maintained and improved and the supporting enabling processes are fundamental in delivering its strategic objectives. The Asset Management Framework was developed around the core elements of Plan-Do- Check- Act and provides access and visibility to all Welsh Water and its partners of its policies strategies plans processes and systems now and in the future.
