Research of service industry service quality management based on NGOSS

As domestic service industry rises, research of supporting system for service industry is getting increasingly important. This paper proposed the management approach of service quality of Value Chain service interface and hierarchy supporting interface with reference to NGOSS. As verification, the main function specification, general scenario and architecture of the corresponding IT system were proposed.
