Plugged In's epa.net project: low-income community networking

epa.net is a project of Plugged In, a non-profit computer center in a low-income community near Silicon Valley. The project is designed to bring computer and Internet infrastructure to the community through partnerships that bring access to equipment, communications combination of technical, management skills. Partnerships include Silicon Valley companies and community organizations.
