test is described in detail and recursive formula of concerned statistics is given and detection performance of the algorithm is analyzed. The algorithm is very easy to realize because the whole algorithm need buffer one frame image only. The results of theoretical analysis and experiments show that the algorithm can detect targets which SNR is no less than 2 and move speeding image is no less than 0.5 pixel per frame.
