Wireless innovation and spectrum policy: the fcc opens a new inquiry

It is unlikely that the FCC will resolve the hundreds of questions in the new inquiry within a short timeframe. But by posing them in such a comprehensive way it has set a road map for dialog with the wireless technical community.
