Two optimizations to accelerated method-of-moments algorithms for signal integrity analysis of complicated 3-D packages

In this paper we present two optimizations to accelerated Method-of-Moments algorithms. The first is an improved preconditioner for multipole-accelerated inductance extraction and the second is a set of several optimizations of the FFT-based convolution used in precorrected-FFT methods.
