Integrated batch planning model and algorithm for steelmaking-continuous Casting-hot Rolling

To meet the requirement of integrated steel production management, an integrated multi-stages batch plan scheduling framework for steelmaking-continuous casting-hot rolling is proposed. This scheduling framework is based on pull idea and combination strategy of feedback adjustment and matching-control. First, the constraint satisfaction model of batch planning for steelmaking- continuous casting and hot rolling are established. In hot rolling model, both the constraints in hot rolling stage and the constraint of steel grade in steelmakingcontinuous casting stage as well as the constraint of slabs' due date windows are considered. In steelmaking-continuous casting model, both the constraints in steelmaking-continuous casting stage and the material requirement information in HR batch plans are considered. So the batch plans in three stages are interrelated. Then the batch planning solving algorithm is given based on constraint satisfaction. The data experiment results show the model and solving algorithm is effective.
