A novel 0.2THz imaging system

A novel 0.2THz imaging system is presented here, which contain a Gunn Oscillator, multiplier, dual mode horn, off-axis reflector antenna and so on. The key design is described briefly above. The system is small-sized, low-cost and is easy to operation. Therefore, it can be used in situations such as airport baggage check, and other non-destructive detection situations. [8] The future work is to test the performance of imaging system, and this work will be completed in coming 1∼2 months.
