Transfer matrix method used for numerical simulation of the Bragg reflector at perpendicular incidence of the incident field

In this work a numerical analysis of the Bragg reflector was developed. The propagation of electromagnetic radiation in periodically stratified media is considered. A user friendly program to analyse the band-pass filter or reject-band filter behaviour of the stratified media reflectors was used.
