Electrostatic control system using ceramic transformer

We propose an electrostatic control system that consists of a space charge balance sensor, a control circuit, a control ring and an AC corona discharge air ionizer. This electrostatic control system can maintain the final voltage at less than sub 1.0 V in spite of the very simple structure.
