High Voltage and High PRF Picosecond FID Pulse Generators

For a large number of science and technology applications it is necessary to have pulsers which are capable to output voltage pulses with amplitude of tens of kilovolts, pulse duration of 0.1-1 ns and pulse repetition rate of hundreds of kilohertz. Rise and fall times in this case should be from hundreds to tens of picoseconds.
