Passivity Analysis for Fuzzy Stochastic Neural Net Works with Uncertainty and Time Varying Delays

This paper deals with a class of T-S fuzzy stochastic neural networks with uncertainty and time varying delays. A sufficient condition on passivity is developed in the LMI setting. A numerical example is provided to demonstrate the effectiveness of the result.
