Extension Cluster Prediction Model Used in Predicting Wastewater Emissions

This paper use the concept of matter-element and correlation function to establish a prediction model based on the extension of the cluster, and apply the model to forecast the wastewater emissions. Applied results show that this method is scientific and reliable.
