Value Creation Capabilities of Logistics Enterprises Based on Value Net Theory

Value net becomes effective operation mode for logistics enterprises to get competition advantages and to raise the capabilities of value creation. Based on value net theory, overcoming the limits of traditional supply chain, the capabilities of value creation in intranet and extranet were discussed and a system structural model of value creation capabilities was presented. Suggestions were that logistics companies should establish value net validly in order to implement low construct cost or high value return through matching resources with activities in creating value.
