Qualitative evaluation of Material Supply Chain performance

Through analyzing the available evaluation means, this paper put forward Rough Cloud Operator (RCO) Qualitative Evaluation Means which is fit for performance evaluation of Material Supply Chain. It expounds the evaluation procedure of RCO qualitative evaluation means, by anatomizing the definition and meaning of RCO. Based on the study on qualitative evaluation index system of Material Supply Chain performance, it gives a case demonstration on the evaluation process of Material Supply Chain performance using RCO Qualitative evaluation means. In the end, it comes to the conclusion that RCO qualitative evaluation means is a good qualitative evaluation means with powerful applicability.
